The MoYu Hays M is a budget magnetic 7×7 that has shocked the cube world with its amazing performance. The main downside is that it feels more blocky and less smooth than the other magnetic options and can be quite noisy, especially if it’s lubed incorrectly.

It has improved rounded corner designs on all pieces, and the lube grooves have been improved to reduce friction and increase lubrication retention. It has a glossy exterior and medium strength magnets, providing controllable turning right out of the box.
This is an amazing cube for the price. I’ve never seen such good stability and corner cutting in a budget cube. It’s my main now, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a high-performance budget cube. The only downside is that it’s a bit stiff out of the box, but after lubing and doing the tensions, it becomes silky smooth.
